A Little Bit About Our Process

Bring in pictures or a rough sketch of your bathroom and we take you through the showroom and get you a price from products we have on display. If you are comfortable with the price we schedule a job site visit to take all the measurements we need to do your bathroom and to double check the quote.

We ask that you come back to the showroom to pick tile, countertops, faucets etc. Once all the product has been selected and a contract is signed we then order all of your fixtures and stage the product in our warehouse until the job is ready to go.

Whether it is a full bathroom renovation or a partial renovation we work on your bathroom until it is done.

After a final inspection and you are happy we square up the balance of the bill and then your one year warranty starts. We cover all fixtures and labor for a year.

We ask that you visit our showroom with a rough sketch of your bathroom. Usually we can get a sense of the project just by the measurement of your existing countertop and the basic layout of the fixtures.

All of the products in our showroom are listed in our estimating system that applies an installation and material component to each fixture, enabling us to create a price on the spot. It is a simple process allowing customers to visualize their complete bathroom in a simple way.

Once we compile a price and you choose your fixtures, if you wish to go ahead with the renovation we get into picking colors for tile and nail down exact fixture selections etc. You then leave a deposit and sign a renovation agreement outlining what you are getting and what we are doing. The job is then tentatively scheduled based on lead time of fixtures and labor.

Wave Bathroom Renovations will do it best to minimize dust caused by construction. While working on your job, doors are kept closed to minimize dust during tear out, drop sheets are laid out from the entrance of your home to the bathroom being worked on. Clean up and tidy up are completed every night before the installer leaves for the night.

Once the job is complete and you are satisfied with the work, a consultant will meet with you to inspect and go over the job. You will be invoiced once the job is complete to Wave Bathroom Renovations’s and your satisfaction. Wave Bathroom Renovations has a one year warranty period covering all parts and labor.

Fixtures are ordered and then staged in our warehouse with the tentative start date in mind. Once all the fixtures and materials are staged, we call you to confirm a start date. Your job is worked on by one installer who is in charge of completing the renovation. Our installer stays working on your job until it is complete
